Yes your probably right.

However, bearing in mind our league position and results to date Mitch along with Rio, Harvey, PC, Bastian have had to shoulder a lot of the responsibility of that. And in my view Tickner fighting for his place.

Roll on Saturday.

Yes, and we won ONE of the games in which he scored!

Still early days guys. 3 out of 3 with 10 goals for and none against, plus a 5-0 reserve game win v's Hornchurch, we can say that, well, SB has had a positive effect.

It all looks good but we'll analyse at the end of January when hopefully a play off spot becomes reality. Looking forward to seeing him and the team in action on Saturday, weather and Leytons 'bayliffs' permitting.

As for Mitch being our top scorer, well thats not difficult, remy, crace have been injured hugehes joined late in the season and hammond does not score a lot of goals, just causes havoc for the opponents.

Like Arky said and took the type right off my keyboards, Mitch's 3 v's Aveley but we lost, 2 v's Cheshunt but we lost and 1 v's Hillingdon to make it 4-1.

Like Gazza said he is not a great a loss, in fact I heard from a source that he requested to be substituted v's Redbridge cos it was tooooooo rough for him.

Wish him luck at Brentwood and hope he is effective their as he was with us.

As far as I'm aware they are running the show jointly, SM is desperate to succeed and wants to reward the good work the board have done off the pitch with success on it, but one thing after another he has found obstacles planted in his way, I can see that and relate to it as well.

He has finally appointed SB to his managerial team who seems to be sticking fireworks up a few backsides since his arrival, SM is a very nice fella and we finally have a balance of a Mr Nice and Mr Bad managerial team which players can react to or seek comfort from, as well as introducing new motivating methods and peronnel.

The majority of the players in the 3 wins with SB were SM's players, with SB adding the requrements of late for us to look very impressive.

I think whats also been lost in all our posts is that credit should be given to the board. They are worked under with the pressure of the new stadium and have entrusted SM to do the business on the pitch, lets hope its not too late, for what could be a fantasticly successful season all round.

To be fair EU I dont think there are many on here that do not appreciate the work put in by the board, some may not agree with certain items but thats only natural, a perfect world it aint.

Gazza-In theory I agree with you totally, but when the going got sticky this season there were postings criticising our board over the smallest of matters, thats why its good they do not rise to the irate comments that are made. Lets hope the good form carries on this Saturday against a very inconsistent Leyton and beyond.

By the way and for the record, I've been told from a very very reliable source that SM is beyond doubt still the manager and SB is his official Assistant and they are the management team of ETFC with a coach or two to assist them even further. In my view exactly how it should be and the kind of balance which was needed at the begginning of the season. Hindsights a great thing.
