A hard choice, Mullin made some tremendous saves in first half, Erskine and Young looked strong at back, Tako looked goal hungry and scored a great goal to give us a half time lead, Shittu a tremendous strike for his first goal but, for me MOTM must go to new signing Liam Harwood, got stronger and stronger as game went on and actually made the second goal by cutting back inside crossing the ball to Wilson who then supplied Shittu.

 

A special mention to Wilson who unselfishly put in Shittu for his 2nd goal when he could have scored himself.

I agree BGA very hard to call this one, Harwood Young and erskine all in the hat, but then so are the rest of the team. Erskines defensive tackles were outstanding and Harwood and Young combined very well indeed. Im gonna stick my neck out though and say MO TAKO and not just for the first goal, but the way in which he celebrated his goal with the fans, holding the clubs emblem in his hands and beaming with pride at wearing the shirt - roll on Ramsgate cos I think (going by his interview) he is gonna go for it.

After match Mo came into club house and asked how Ramsgate got on. When told they had lost he punched the air and was quite pleased.
