do they really work take Concorde for example Sixy and MR Cowley, we all know that Mr cowley is the one bringing the players to the club and making all the important decisions so what kind of person do u have to be, to just be understanding that one person will always make the big decisions and the other will just be there to pick up the cones and etc........

what do u think?

I think it can work and four eyes see better than two.Decisions will be made together and you won't agree on everything. They will complement each other and use their own strengths to the team's benefit. As long as they can see the bigger picture(team, club)and they put aside their ego's,it will be beneficial for the club's growth. To pick the team it usually takes 5 minutes and you'll agree on 9-10 players.the key is how you deal in picking those 1-2 you might not agree.Usually one is the coaching oriented and the other is good at dealing with players. Both need each other and they have to be honest with themselves. It can definitely work lads,no problem.

Coach i know what ur saying but what if one knows more than the other shouldent he take the lead at all times i agree that Mr Cowley needs someone to bounce ides of but with sixy he has no help he is more intrested in playing and just maked out he is retired.
