Bull Pats!

 

I was on my way to this and got stuck for over an hour in a jam on the A3 between Esher & Tolworth.

 

Decided at 20:30 to give up and come back home - not that I could go anywhere anyway until they cleared the road.

 

Was cursing and fuming for some considerable time until I put it into perspective and realised - all I'd lost was a footie match - unlike (possibly) some of the poor souls involved in what looked like a very nasty accident.

 

I think there were at least four cars - all plastered with that foam stuff - I counted four Fire Appliances dashing up the hard shoulder too.
