Still a couple for sale in our Club Shop!

Aren't they supposed to be given to the players involved to keep?

Oh! Are they? Wish I'd kept my mouth shut now!

now dont get me wrong i think nick cowley is a great player, my question is why did he stay so long at this level, he won it with hornchurch but he didnt go up, he won it with brentwood but he didnt go up, is it because he wanted to be a big fish in a little pond?

I think the reason Nick stayed at ESL level was because in previous years he couldnt commit fully to the extra travelling that the ryman provides . There are some Tuesday night away games which are shockers. But with Dan now head of PE at Fitz it is much more viable for him to play Ryman footy . He has been my toughest midfield opponent in ryman 1 this year by far , and he will probably have a crack at the ryman prem in the not too distant future

Think you're on the right track there OB...

IMO Nick is one of the most commited players, training and game wise, great attitude, would like to see a Trenks/Cowley combo once more, maybe an unofficial Ryman Rep side game...?
