Thanks Macca, now go and talk to the others, if the rumour is right over Jacko, perhaps it would be better for player exchange deals, like they get Jacka and we get the Daggers team, or on a more serious note if it does happen Jacka for Shipp & West.

Whilst I dont want to see Jacko leave, I dont feel it would be as major a loss as it would potentially have been a season or two ago. Jacko has certainly continued to perform consistently at Conference level, but he hasnt stood out to the extent that he did in previous seasons - .

 

I would agree that the standard is higher hence he doesnt stand out as much, but what I am trying to say is basically that we dont depend on him as heavily as we once did.

 

His loss would still be felt, of course, especially with his ability to have his leg all but broken on a Tuesday night and yet miraculously still appear on the Saturda, but life would go on without him.

 

In saying that, I hope the rumour mill is wrong on this occasion, especially as it would appear we would not get a fee for him.

In my opinion Jacko would be a huge loss. Not only has he been consistent but he has also helped the squad a great deal with his leadership which is a valuable asset for the team. He has a very positive attitude which helps boost the teams morale.

i will confirm it is definitely a rumour, so as not to get anyone too disappointed that he may be going. Likelihood is he wont be going anywhere and will remain the fleets legend!
