NO TONE,you are RIGHT,the stay away so called fans of MFC because they dont like the board are IMO are just SO CALLED fans when the GATE are winning week in week out.IF and I repeat IF they are true FANS they would rise above that and be there for the players, the fans that are there every week and be behind MARGATE FOOTBALL CLUB.

I Disagree, I have been there week in week out regardless of weather and results

I stand by my decision and also others to boycott the club, I am still here week in week out listening in, or getting my updates via mobile for away games

But we have had this discussion before and its all about opinions, and respect of others opinions

I know DR, but hornet (sorry to drag you into this) also has imo a valid reason, and some others may also have

remember the first time we returned to HDP, I think we were near to the 1000 mark (or even over it) it would be great to get back to that, but I think we have to steer away from the 'plastic fans'label and make anyone whether they are there all the time or just a few matches a season really welcome

As you know you either get the NL bug or your dont but I would love to see a family turn up because they had nothing else to do and rather than sit at home they thought that they might try it out. They then realise its a good afternoon out and tell friends etc etc before you know it the numbers are back up

To add to Jeff's research he played 7 and scored 1 for a struggling Cheshunt in the Southern Prem last season after failing to agree terms with Folkestone. Played 8, scored 2 for Folkestone.

Richard has also had trials with Oxford (July 2005) and MK Dons (January 2007)

He seems to have scored a lot of goals this season albeit at a lower level.
