MFC v Dartford - League Cup

I can only comment on seeing robinson against hendon, but thought he had a pretty good game that day.

Close to call between Robinson and gregory.

Personally, i'd play both with robinson at left back and gregory in front of him, left midfield; keeping it tight in midfield and enabling them to cover each other .

Gregs played on the left side of midfield for the Ressies last night, had some nice touches but missed a goal close in because ball was hit with his right foot, not that I am suggesting he is one footed wink

To be fair it only just went wide of post.

Who has played in our victories? just looked..

Dartford away, Gregory in Midfield..

Hendon away, Gregory in midfield 2nd half

Boreham Wood away, Gregory in midfield first half, left back 2nd half

I'm not suggesting he runs the game, but like previously suggested, he allows Wilson to roam more with freedom, Stubbs is very attack minded and right footed too, balance?

I heard Robinson had a very decent first half vs Dartford..

Just checked others FB.........

Harlow Away a draw in midfield

Ashford Away a win in midfield

Harlow Away a draw at left back

Heybridge Home a win at left back

So looking at that Gregs has played in all our victories and two of our draws, get him back in Terry!!!

I personally think Robinson has had a good season, his debut season in the 1st team.Like Smithy before I also believe Curtis is better suited to central defence rather than full back.

Those statistics make for interesting reading though I must admit.
