Can't see us taking many tonight if im honest. Dover midweek on a freezing cold night for the league cup isn't that attractive. Plus we are away to Horsham @ Worthing on Saturday.

 

I know there are a few supporters going on the players coach so you may get 30 or 40.

30 or 40 would be a credit to you, not a lot of interest here in the cup games, we should have a reasonable team out with Hess probably turning out his self. Safe journey to those that do travel.

My feedback was that we matched Dover playing well in the first half but the Dover machine ground out a better performance in the second half

IS it me or is it about time the league got its priorities right with this league cup. Dover v Canvey in mid week is a totally stupid fixture. The cup should be reginalised creating more local derbies and cutting down travelling expenses. There is a recesion on or dont they know that. By the way lads, what time did you get back last night or was it this morning.

We played very well first half apparently and should have been in front at the break on chances, second half was't so good..

 

Quite a few changes all over the pitch to give the squad and players returning from injury a game..

 

Roll on Saturday and another 3 points..

Left Dover around 10.15 and was home indoors just after midnight. Thank God it didn't go to extra time, was bloomin' freezing.

Was actually a really good laugh. Had some good banter with Dover's younger fans.

Alyhough i wasnt at the game laast night ive seen our team

selection on the dover site and we were missing many players.

With the likes of antoine,gordon,ainsley,tarkan,patten, dobbo and wiseman all regular first teamers missing i dont think we

took it as seriously as a league game.

 

Antway hopefully we will have a few players back for saturday

and pick up 3 pts!!!
