where is the team in terms of where you hoped it to be at this stage in terms of both league position and squad quality and depth??

1) In the past you haven't been shy about bringing new signings in to shore up areas in the squad that appear to have been lacking - are there any more signings to come? Or are you now happy with the current squad?

 

2)Do you have a long-term game plan in mind for when you expect to see us rise out of the league?

 

3)What's proved to be the most challenging part of your job this season?

 

4)Funniest/most difficult moment since joining STFC.

1) The problem we've had in the past is a different squad at the start of each season, so, do you expect to keep the core of the same team for next season ?

 

2) Is the job living up to your expectations that you had when you decided to take it.

 

3) Why do you think we've had so many injuuries so far this season ?

- This season Stanley Mugisha, Alex Tullett and more recently Jagdeep Makh have featured in the first team. Do you feel more of the current U18 squad are good enough to join the 1st team in either this or next season, if so who?

 

- Do you understand the fans frustration at not being able to pick up results in what they view as "winnable" matches?

 

- If you had the opportunity to go back to the start of the season is there anything you would have done differently in preparing the squad for the season ahead?

 

- Which teams have surprised you in terms of their performances or current league position?

 

- Some players have said the play-offs are a reasonable target this season. Given results so far this season and a tough month ahead in December, do you feel this is still a realistic target?

My two week old child will one day play for the Rebels (he has been told!) - what advice do you have for youngsters who want to get into the game

I have some:

 

1) Who is club captain, and does Steve Daly still have a part to play in the first team for STFC?

 

2) What happened with the Glen Harris situation? A lot of people were confused as we brought in a player who was from the Conference South and more than good enough for this level and many felt he was not given a fair chance?

 

3) Does he see Sonny as a long term solution to the right-back position, or does he see his future in central midfield where he naturally plays?

 

4) What is the current situation with Adam Dickens? Will he play again this season?

 

5) Why was Eamonn McGonigly brought into midfield? It has worked, and he has played well in that position? Did he feel we did not have enough energy in midfield?

Can you ask whoever is captin, that if he wins the toss, to kick towards the uncovered end in the first half. It means we can make some noise in the shed for the second half.
