the doc says 2-3 weeks but i'm hoping i'll be fit for Saturday.

If i'm not fit then at least i'll get 3 weeks rest cos i'm away the week after at a family wedding. Enough time to recover.

 

They didnt plaster it cos the break was so small. Very swollen and gone black and blue already. Probably should have come off in the 30th minute when i did it. Saw the balloon like ankle at half time and considered it. I made the 90 but in heinsight, should have stopped when i got injured in the 1st place. Enjoying my football more than ever so extremely gutted.

No way can you blame the keeper for the late goal. The third ash goal was a mile and a half off side. The game was played at 100 miles per hour and it was very wet, so come on the result was fair.

I have to tell you Mick when I saw the state of his injury at half time I was amazed that he had lasted till then,shows you what a leader he is (he didn't even moan once}out he goes 2nd half and gets stuck in straight away,you cannot replace players like johnno and if he is out for 3 weeks we will truly miss him,if only all players had his attitude.
