Guildford City 4 Ash united 4. Another great game. City fighing back from 3-1 down to 3-3 before Ash scored a crazy goal that was miles off side. But back came City to finish 4-4. Well done to the Ash fans who it must be said did their bit by singing for 90 minutes, the first team to ever out sing the Sweeney!! If you ever need to support a real team you can join us anytime.

Porta cabin clubhouse, discus/javelin football pitch with a running track around it. Yeah....real football team.

Suprised the players could hear you from where the supporters stand!!

Well done Ash !

Was in line with Ash's 4th goal & was well onside, maybe not the third tho.

Johno.......remember last week well it happened again in the 96th minute

Just can't keep giving away silly goals throughout the team & throwing away good points

Give Guildford some credit them did battle well in the 2nd half but when your 3-1 up we should be looking to win, not save a point

Have to concur. The Moles didn't stop their irritating singing all game on Tuesday. Fair play to 'em.

Jake did you go to the match yesterday if so what was it like, how comes my old side keep on shipping so many late goals, don't they know how to shut up shop? or is it a case of running out of steam,we (Cove)had a spell like this and since then have increased the training sessions and we also aquired the hall at connaught leisure center,we now also have aerobics once a month and the players fitness levels have improved sustantially.

The last two league games, Cove last week and Guildford yesterday, have been down to two dreadful goalkeeping errors, last week the keeper had a hole in his glove, and yesterday the keeper came to claim the ball caught it, but then collided with the defender and the ball broke loose, and it was put in the back of the net. I wouldn

thats good to hear,it sounds like your just not getting the rub of the green at the moment,we did you a favour yesterday, but only just,Horley were very unlucky but thats how this league is this year anybody can beat anybody, the teams that are near the foot of the table don't always get the results they often deserve

Well i hope Bonzo (boss) sticks with Fitzy (GK) cos he's a nice bloke and on his day a very good goal keeper. A couple of mistakes is when you lose 1-0 in the last minute or like against Cove. Ash shipped 4 goals yesterday. Not all the keepers fault surely??

As i said.....Fitzy is a great bloke. As i was leaving hospital last night having had my suspected broken ankle confirmed (all say ahhh), i actually passed Fitzy in the waiting room. He injured his wrist which looked rather swollen and sore.He did it in the 1st half but saw it thru to the 90. Fair play to him!! All for the team!!

Cut him a little slack!!

Ouch........how long will you be out for johnno?

Agree with you also, if it was for fitzy against your lot we wouldn't have been in front

Yesterday was just a basic mistake, but we all make them, but like you also said it wasn't his fault for all four, we got to learn as a team to cut these mistakes out or it will be a long hard season
