Can you really commit 'slander' using a username on a public forum? I didn't think any solicitor would really take that on.

 

If so, I will be suing Onebreast for referring to my good self as Harry Potter on here once and causing me loss of earnings - when all I try to be is a humble Ben Mitchell impersonator.

Richard well done for pointing out the difference between slander and libel. Goes to show Coahey knows f**k all about the law.

 

I must say Coachie I have always liked you but recently you have gone a bit too far IMO.

 

By the way I think making public things like Kingy maybe playing for you and JP asking about coming back is bang out of order. That stuff was done in good faith.

 

But if you insist....remember a few seasons back when you were giving it big time to our centre half Steve Reading but then your bum went when him and his old man put it on you.....and don't deny it mate because you know it's the truth... grin

I wrote out a pretty long bite to that post, but to cut it short - why do you think you have so many little spats on this forum with so many people? You like to throw dirt, get a bit back at you (ala Kaiser's post) and all of a sudden you become the victim and everyone get's threatened with lawsuits. Just think about that mate.
