Are all the teams that play in this league up to Ryman standard if they get promotion? What do you need to step up?

Are all the teams players on wages? If you havent got a good sponsor or sugar daddy how can you afford to run the clubs and even get the grounds up to standard.

No not all clubs have a budget for players.

So players play for the love of the club? dont hear that very often,but what happens and you win the league ,get promotion and then your grounds not ready?

Then you are buggered...the manager would probably get a job at a higher level and take half the squad with him!

Basically you don't go up unless your groudn is up to standard! I don't know to much more to be honest and don't like to comment on how other clubs are run regarding wages etc... myself i play for the club i grew up with.

Sureley To win any game of football is incentive enough...

 

I gibe 100% whether it's in the FA Cup, a League game, on the Playstation or even for my sunday side in division 4!

 

To say where is the incentive is a shocking question! Every football match is amazing....anything can happen, 11 men v 11 men

I agree i haven't seen a player in the league that doesn't give 100% it doesn't matter if he is paid or not... the buzz of winning is enough for me!

You have misunderstood what i meant.I meant where is the incentive for the club not players to want to win the league when they cannot go up due to their ground.I have played myself and know exactly what a win feels like.

romford,bowers,enfield and burnham can all be promoted with their ryman standard grounds.

Clubs would just need to look into upgarding their ground and making the relavant changes... obviously some serious investment would probably be needed from sponsors etc.

From a club's incentive, that is trickier. Say for instance a club like Southend Manor or Hullbridge, they started as youth teams (i believe) and progressed over the years, expanding the amounts of teams then gradually attempting to prgress through the leagues.

 

There grounds gradually improved and now for clubs like them to annually appear in the FA Vase, FA Cup, Essex Senior Cup etc is a fantastic feat.

 

Assume with neither of these club's paying the player's, the money is earnt through bar takings, social events, sponsorship etc etc

 

Incentive....sureley to try and over acheive each season i.e break into the top parts of the league, good cup runs, maybe a few upsets against the so called big boys

Must be hard work for all the people involved at the clubs trying to get money in.Do most teams have a social club where they can hold functions etc, what is the average admission to watch a game.

Ah same old story money talks.i think i would rather be involved with a club that has nothing and has to fight its way to the top at least it brings everyone together and you can see what you are getting out of it.
