MFC UPDATE STATEMENT

[Margate Football Club]

Margate Football Club has reached an agreement with HMRC which sees the Club avoid entering in to another CVA. The court case will be adjourned again tomorrow for 14 days to allow the Club to meet the terms of the agreement. HMRC will then withdraw their petition.

As above-it does not specifically say but implication is that there will be no points deduction.

 

Pleased for the players as well.

 

Up to Mr Yorath now to show us what he is made of as a manager of a Ryman side- i have a feeling our expectations have gone up a fraction overnight.

 

Is there anyone like me who keeps reading the post time and time again as you sort of can't believe it ?
