i am not entirely happy with the Daily Mirror using my footage without even a name mention of the team.

I can never get tired of watching that goal. I doubt Chris Moore will ever score a goal as good as that.

If its been used on their website you have every right to be paid and at the very least have a byline (be credited). They should mention the teams involved too. Remember - you own the copyright!! Web use of media such as photos and video etc is a growing market and one which is hard to keep a check on where your work is being used. i thought that when you upload videos to things like youtube or vimeo you pass copyright onto that video company. i am not annoyed about them using the clip i am annoyed they havent mentioned Chris or Canvey in the title. and a bit annoyed its the Mirror

Sorry I didn't realise you had uploaded the clip and then they used it.....still think you're right about them not naming the club and scorer though!! Disrespectful.
