I think a lot of good comments have been made on this thread, however, take your eyes off the league table and look at our off field organisation and player performances and abilities.

We kicked off with 3 people in charge Mike Smee/A Lee/SM. Not a good move (in hind sight), A Lee left and Mikes stepped to one side and back to his previous role. So SM has been solely in charge with GB coaching (so i'm led to believe).

Back four has been woeful all season, until of late with the introductions of Keogh, Wild and Reid, plus Bastian is looking better the last couple of games, however, we are now decimated with unavailabilities in midfield and strikers.

Let Stewart pick a team such as Walton,Allen , Stephenson,Keogh,Bastian,Reid, Jones, Dauti, Marshall, Hahn and Remy with subs-Deane, Crace, Mitchell, Wild, Wallis and we'll be a match for anyone. But Stewart can also regard himself as unlucky on this account.

Criticism is easy, but we'd won our 2 previous matches with a depleted squad, that should not go unnoticed, lets just see what the next 2 winnable games brings us, 6pts I hope and we demand.

All very disappointing on Saturday.

That was the first game I'd attended this season. Unfortunately, if the players can't be bothered to put maximum effort into their performance then I can't be bothered to part with my cash to support them. There was very little ambition from the team and gaping holes in midfield (which the introduction of Tickner solved but at the cost of a forward).

Saturday's Enfield Town side was a pale imitation of one of JC's teams. I don't want JC back, but SM has had his chance....next please!

You've left Hammond out, and for me Wild is one of the first names on that teamsheet.

If everyone was fully fit I would go for the following (4-4-2):

Walton (GK), Reid/Allen (RB), Wild (CH), Keogh (CH), Bastian (LB), Hahn (RM), Stevenson (CM), Dauti (CM), Marshall (LM), Hammond (CF), Remy (CF)

Stevenson has played centre-mid at some of his previous clubs, must notably St.Albans and I think Hitchin. Also, a lot of people were criticising Dauti's performance on Saturday, but I thought he did quite well, granted mainly in the first half, and won a lot in the air. I think they would compliment each other, as Jon is probably one of the best passers of the ball that we have got at the club (that's saying something when he has played mainly at centre-half) and Gaz covers a lot of ground and puts in the hard graft.

Potters Bar were awful until we got the equaliser, but we did not capitalise like we should have done due to our lack of attacking options and cutting edge. We miss Remy, and unfortunately Mitch and Luke are not good enough options to play alongside Hammond. Apart from hitting the post Grant is clearly not good enough for this level I'm afraid.

I'm not going to say that people are wrong to ask for change at the helm, because you probably aren't, and a change might well be for the better. This is a results business and we simply aren't getting the results that we require, but I would rather just focus on the football side of things personally and hope that this talented squad can start to get some results. We can and have played some good football this season (apart from those disastrous first few weeks), and the defence has looked oh so much better in the last couple of weeks!!

Hopefully we can put in a good performance this Saturday and get a much needed 3 points - in relation to the management of the team, let's see what happens, as I think if Stuart was playing Football Manager right now his status would be 'Insecure' to say the least.

MST-I agree with alot of what you've said.

Gonzo-This is the first game you have seen, I think you need to watch a few more to justify a personal opinion that the gaffer should go, just my opinion. And no way did Tickner fil a hole, he was a liability.

As for the game at Potters Bar, well, there was'nt a decent footballing playing team on the pitch. As I said to a board member at half time, we should stop the game and just have a penalty shoot out and go home early. I was joking of course.

Steph-I probably would'nt call for his head if we don't get the 6pts. But would if we got nothing and poor team performances.
