Richard Wilmot was (coincidentally) a former stopper at Hitchin Town, and one of the few players that UU didn't try to 'nick' on the cheap from Hitchin a few seasons ago. Barry Fry took HTFC's Matty Nolan to the wilderness of Posh Reserves though - but should have played him in the First Team.

 

RW is a policeman in his 'day job' (and I know where he lives) so perhaps that explains why he escaped UU's attention? :-)

 

Last season I had Hendon in my NLP selections but I gave them the miss this time.

 

Still, another win for Hx would go down well with me in Hitchin

as regards to my NLP entry this season.
