There was a thread started on here last evening, calling for the head of the Manager. I posted that we had heard at Brentwood Town by 6:15pm yesterday evening that Jason Broom had resigned ....can't remember but a poster said he would find out if any truth in the rumour ...this morning I go on-line to see if updated and low and belold the thread is not their. This all adds to the specualtion that the Managment team have gone....anyone know anything ?, and why would the thread be deleted irrespective if true or not ...isn't this is what a Messageboard is all about ?

I agree with you Miller. I really think Moderators should look up the words Forum, Message board, and Moderator.

 

If they don"t like what we post then don't comment on it. after all it's not all about them (even if they like to think it is)

Whilst people are reading and commenting on this forum, be it positive or negative, they are at least showing interest and concern for the club. Start removing threads will only curb interest even further........less interest, less bodies through the gate, it ain't rocket science! This kind of moderating imo can only do more harm than good. Be sensible Mr. Moderator and not dictatorial.

People need to have to time to update the website! They might be busy and the might not have had any time to do this. Don't blame the people that help with the website. They give up their time to do this, they don't even have to do it.

Just come back from the club.

 

I believe that this isn't officially news, if it's news at all.

 

As nothing has been posted on the website, then this speculation...any speculation is not doing the club any favours and is certainly not making Jason Broom's and Grant Gordon's job any easier.

 

So, lets sit tight and see what is officially announced, if anything.

Totally agree. I read the thread last night before it was deleted and thought it totally valid. This sort of small minded censorship can only do more harm than good. At the end of the day, we all have to accept that the writing must be on the wall for the current management team. The topic of speculation should now be about who is going to lead us out of this suicidal freefall we seem to be in?

I've always thought that this site is not really like any other football forum I use, in that it is almost an 'official' club messageboard in the way it is moderated and the fact that some of the posters are very 'close' to the club.

It's a shame and I think it's why you a lot of people 'lurk' and don't contribute to the threads.
