I like hastings and the fans and the people who run the place and its always worth the trip down there...little chef breakie on the way (nett loves little chefs as I took her to one on valentines day) and a warm welcome at the ground....650 in attendance and the youngsters doing the ra ra pre match and the boys doing the 5 side at half time are a credit to the club....

 

and so we kicked off and looked poor at the back and dangerous at the front and went 2 down after 15 minutes but I knew we wus gonna win it....all the boys looked lively today and without wishing to take anything away from any of them I have to say that super duppa krissie lee did indeed live up to his forum name today....a simply magnificent exhibition of leading a line....

 

if it hadn't been for the keeper and the burgerboy it could have been double figures...

 

great return to normal life after last weeks fa cup heroics and the win at wakering midweek and here today proved beyond doubt to me that we have a team here that compares with the urchin best of days gone bye....

 

well done travelling fans and well done colin and the boysies...great stuff...

I trust that some urchins took my advice on which pubs to visit.

 

Incidentally, one of my other message board usernames is 'sussexseagull' but that's not on any football board.

 

If you bung 'sussexseagull' into google you may (or may not) be surprised at the results.

 

Suffice to say that anyone who disagrees with me hasn't got much of an idea about the stockmarket.

 

NB: The results don't tell the *full* story by any stretch of the 'imagination' - and not all of the 'hits' relate to me.
