Just a quick note about your former under 18's manager Tony Ievoli who is now manager at Waltham Forest

 

Looks the real deal to me - not only has he got us scoring goals agian (we went five games without one earlier in the season) but the improvement in the team's performance since he has arrived has been amazing.

Although we are still third from bottom and have suffered some defeats we are improving with every game.

Not only has he got the players he had with him at your club playing well, in what is their first experience of Isthmian football, but, the players he has retained from the side that was together before his arrival, are playing at a difeerent level from what they were showing earlier in the season

One example that he knows how to bring the best out of players is a striker called Joel palmer.

young lad, previously in the reserves at Aveley.

His first couple of games he looked a little out of touch

Played him in a friendly against Harlow on a Tuesday with one of the intention of giving him a chance to bed in with the side and the waty he wants them to play.

 

Result - three goals in his next three games.

 

It is just good to have a manger who seems to be able to spot young talent, bring it on and give the players confidemce, even when they are not winning every week
