Do clubs have to register for this competition or is it one that you should automatically get included in and have to de-register from if not required?

the information has came from the fc clacton forum,theres always 19/20 teams enter divided into 4 regional groups,i dont know about registration but every year there are new teams like ipswich wanderers and brantham this year,leiston beat brentwood in last seasons final,in south east essex only 5 teams are allowed into region one and basildon,southend manor and tilbury seem to be regulars.

romford have played in it in recent years and its a worthwhile trophy as you have 2 or 3 regional matches then go into the semi final of the competition proper.

basildon are playing tilbury or burnham in one semi final therefore southend manor must be playing hullbridge in the other semi final.
