Was an entertaining game, glad to see dorms and clarey get run outs. We was down to 10 men for the last 15/20 minutes because solomen had to come off with a groin problem, but we still out-played them.

 

Adrian deane i think, is a superb player! His touches of the ball and his passes are spot on.

Fergie and Deane looked a cut above to me. I've no idea what the situation is with Deane but I hope we can find a way to keep him.

 

Interesting to see Lynvall tried at RB. He showed good energy down that side although the final ball was a bit eratic. Be interesting to see who gets the nod there on Saturday.

 

Ketchell must be the most right-footed left-sided defender I've ever seen but he did ok I thought. Of all the young defenders on show I was the most impressed with Clarey when he came on. He looked very assured although admittedly not against the strongest opposition. I thought the left side of Dumas and Henry was a bit disappointing on the night with Sol picking up an injury midway through the second half.

 

I'm sure it'll make a pleasant change for the managment to have selection problems on Saturday. I'll look at the back 4 with interest.

Disappointing to read that Dumas did not have a good game against Ware Reserves.

I thought that young Etchells look good and looked like he would fit into any 1st team.

 

Ketchell is a tall bloke, Just what the doctor ordered, Would be good to see him against stronger opponents.

 

Fergie & Deane as mentioned elsewhere were all over the place and played some really nice balls in.

 

Big Duncan What can i say Ware were well and truly Dunked by the big fella.

 

 

Thought Ware showed good spirit and kept going for it for the whole of the game.

That was only my view. Others may have seen it differently?

As for Macca I don't think we'll be seeing him again in 2008 unfortunately. I'm not even sure he's had the scan on his knee yet?

Work rate was good. I agree about dean to me he looks a very good player i have been impressed every game since. Glad dormer and clarey had a run out. i thought we looked more organised at the back when clarey came on, due to his talking and alot of shouting, i no it was only a reserve game but he looked good and dare i say it but him and duncun looked good together. Hope clarey can go injury free now he has had a bit of bad luck but when he was fully fit before he done a great job.

fergies work rate was great wont be long before he starts scoring goals.

I feel we are alot better in midfield when heffs plays the holding role any 1 agree?

 

kettle? he done well i felt he looks alot better at left back than centre back i agree for a left back he loves his right foot,lol.

 

Are young striker is abit light wieght but he got a great touch and can finish looks like he can be the future maybe sooner rather than later.
