Hey,

 

I was checking out the AFC Hornchurch site and noticed that your Stadium is a really good looking place to play and be entertained. I assume all of you urchin fans are proud to have a place like that.

 

Maybe one day, I will get to see this place in person. Keep up the good work, even though the results may not be going too great on the pitch right now.

Britman, it's a smashing stadium, with great facilities. Really lovely setting too. It's far better than many in the BS Prem, in my opinion.

Ok, I just checked the Biggleswade Town Fc site and must admit, that Stadium is just as nice. Damn, if only we could have Jimmy Tarbuck and Ian St John on the board!!!

A bloody building site in the middle of no where when we went there with no beer in the bar. A waste of time really as they only get a crowd of about 35.

I wouldn't.....the bridge has a special atmosphere about the place (although admitedly we could do without the running track...) I doubt very much however that bigs town stadium will be able to ever get an atmosphere like the one at the stadium on sunday in its present layout..

Beer on tap - burgers in wagon - friendly atmosphere - great surroundings - and what looks like the makings of a very good team

word is its a nice stadium at biggleswade and a nice set up but it must sound quite hollow with only a handfull of supporters where as the bridge is just the rite size and a good atmosphere for the big games aka posh,ricay,chelmo,wombles and should mention that small team from castle point

I'm sure it will take a while to build up to the following that Hornchurch enjoy but the facilities are there and waiting for the supporters (it's just waking up)

I noticed that on the website. Does the track play a part, ie: used for athletic events, or just there from a bygone time?
