I'm gonna be doing a lot of that in the next few months Groyney, Joe fractured his kneecap on [color:#FF0000]friday and will be in plaster from his nuts to his ankle for the next 6/8 weeks.

Would you believe he was actually Coaching youngsters (17/18 yr olds), he joined in the game, slipped on the gym floor and smashed his knee into the wall... Pillock!!!

Won't be throwing any shapes for a while. He's gutted too as his 21st is in 3 weeks.
