Right then evil..everyone had his Korea but facts are Italy 4 England 1 excited Gullitt a great player but not as good as manager and he's Dutch.Vialli prior to Mourinho has been the most successful manager in Chelsea history but the fact that he never got a job in Italy after should ring your alarm bells...Zola is another example of the culture personality that we have got in this country.Being a good player doesn't make you a good manager ie Keegan(who personally i have got a lot of time for)and others..The fact that is grass roots shouldn't be an excuse for not building changing facilities and proper football grounds from our goverment that says we are the 5th industrialized country in the world and not a third world one!!Going back to Zola, ask yourself why no serie A clubs have offered him a job?No experienced enough as manager,go and learn your trade like Martin O'Neil did at Wicombe or Ince at MK DONS,then we can talk about. Our gk Zenga had to win in Jugoslavia(RED STAR),Romania,Usa etc before even being considered for the Catania job, which is doing well so far!!

Mawhinney, who is also on the FA board, insisted the Football League recognises the importance of investing in young talent and would be spending at least
