I enjoyed the match, shame that you didn't get the replay that you deserved. Thought you were by far the better side in the first half. Second half they stepped it up, but Hornchurch worked hard and created chances of their own. The goal was disappointing, I'm sure Dale will pick himself up and learn from it.

 

Nice to see all the regulars as well.

Was in the south terracing behind about six guys who obviously weren't from around here, tapped one on the shoulder and turned out they were from Norway. Dunno where nette got them from but they sure enjoyed the game and joined in the oohs and aahs when the posh goalie took his kicks.

Typical Rhodes. Only he would think it was appropriate to hijack a thread thanking the neutrals for their support to have a pop at one of those neutrals! A bit rich given that, to the best of my knowledge, we both attended the same number of Hornchurch cup games this season.

Aside from that thanks to all of you Urchins for a good day out. Shame it had to end the way it did, but then the good God of Football is a fickle bu**er at the best of times. From what I've seen of you guys this season you should have no problems this season and I expect to see you pushing for promotion come April.
