I have been absent for a while due to work and home life commitments. Another night of hard work ahead, before hitting the sack in the early morning, grabbing a few hours shut eye before the adrenaline kicks in.

I wish Colin and the team a quiet and enjoyable night.

 

Enjoy tommorrow, bonaparte said "Glory is fleeting, but obscurity is forever", this little pub team has every opportunity to take this tie by the scruff of the neck and cause an upset.

We had a number of chances and they had one, first half was a flood of urchins where we should have led by a couple. Second half, we absorbed the pressure, but an opportunist strike going wide, an excellent stop but the rebound fell to the poacher who we love to hate.

An Urchin day, Fergie junior was happy to see the back of us. Good luck to the Posh in the next round.

IMO, gutted to be out of the FA Cup, in what was a very close game! Which was, i dont know how to decribe it but, robbed from us in the last few minutes, of what could have been a win-able re-play!

 

However!!! Im so proud of the Urchins for getting so far in the FA Cup. Shall never forget the game at Weymouth and which is the highlight of the season so far for me! Today was the biggest Hornchurch game ive seen at Bridge Avenue and thought the atmosphere was fantastic!!

 

Well done to the Whole team today!

 

p.s. Would be rude to forget to say well done to Jen and everyone that volunteerd at todays game for all their hard work!!!
