I was told on tuesday that one club in the Conference South has been told if they finish in the top 10 they will have a chance of being promoted to the Conference National because up to 9 clubs are in serious financila difficulty and may not be around next season.

Well, the 'experts' are saying we're heading for the worst recession in many years.

 

Only 2 trick-or-treaters called last Friday. About 2 dozen last year.

 

Hardly any fire-works last night.

 

Interest rate surprisingly slashed by one and a half per cent today.

 

Fings lookin' grimmer and grimmer !
