Our away game this Tuesday in the Essex Senior Cup has been postponded as Great Wakering are off to AFC Sudbury in the Trophy replay.

This seems ridiculous. We play Peterborough on the 9th, Harrow Borough on the 11th and GWR on the 12th!

surely a more sensible date could be found for this fixture?

sidders the essex fa state the tie had to be played by the 8th so we are already outside the deadline for it so i think we just want to get it out the way now. Even if you sent your capital league side im sure it will be a good game , and Im sure youve got bigger things to focus on than the Essex senior cup !

I didn't think the Harrow game was on.

Perhaps we should have a re-cap of what games have been postponed because of the cups and the re-scheduled dates if available.

Hmmm, you are correct. I checked the Harrow Borough website earlier this week and the game was listed. I just checked now and it is not. The Club has not notified me change it on our website.

 

My programme notes are now wrong!
