Just 4 players in the Manor starting XI who played for Ensign last season I might add, 6 lads who played the last game of last season at Manor.

I am not sure where all the other Ensign lads went, few to Rayleigh Town, few to Kelvendon.

We have had a good run but it's Romford and Takeley as the team's to catch...Enfield have a very tough task now that they have lost 5 games! Sureley that cant afford to lose many more. 2 at most!!

Senior League is wide open this year although I cant see Romford dropping many points!

JJ, I wasn't suggesting Ensign players had all gone to Manor, I was implying that maybe Ensign were missing their former management team.

 

You're right about the league though, wide open methinks. Manor looking a good bet for a top 4 position.

No bother mate...it's just I hear that all the time, people assume it is Ensign's boys over at Manor!!

 

It is stll the same Manor that did well last season, Just with a great Management duo and several new signings who have fitted in as players and more importantly in the changing room!

 

Still gelling though, but with an open league, top 6 is in with a shout for a second consecutive season!! But there is 9 sides all contending for top 6 in my eyes.

 

Great Result for Bowers...I though Barking were a decent side on Tuesday night!

Funny side Barking. They seem capable of good results but yet are rooted to the foot of the table.

Any other season and you have to say they had already dropped too many points to win it, a bit like Arsenal, but this season I think the title will be won by the fewest points in recent years. Fascinating!!!

Eton Manor are a good side as well so wouldn't rule them out being in the top 4.

Barking were pretty poor, might have caught them on an off day but doubt it.

 

game was over by half time with Bowers running in 3 up, the only thing that could save Barking was the sh1te weather as it continued to rain very heavily.
