So who will be the new permanent Manager.

 

Is it all a ruse and after a few weeks,TY will declare that he loves it so much,that KP is the best chairman he has ever worked with, and that TY will be the permanent manager after all.Probably not

 

I reckon in reality, TY will be true to his word and there will be a new manager working under TY ;which to me implies a younger inexperienced guy and thus rules out Ward-can't see him working under TY.

 

I guess the usual suspects will arise-Seager for sure .

 

The guy i'd like to see get the position is Marc Butler of Ashford (Middx).

I agree Alex but Terry Yorath doesn't that much about non league football so surely we need someone who knows about non league football as our last two managers didn't and they didn't last long

the thing is who will it be? Margate are not the most attractive team to manage at the moment. I really hope the board choose someone for the long term and NOT a cheap option.

This is not the most urgent item on the adgenda at the moment. There would be wider interest in the job from candidates after a certain date in November. Any appointment before then would suggest safety has been secured.

Totally agree BD. With Terry at the helm in the meantime why rush into this. Lets get secure in the knowledge that the IR debt is cleared and then move forward. From recent club releases it appears that things are at last moving in the right direction, with the medical centre plans being considered by the council, and the club now recieving income from the 5 a sides.

Absotively. If you consider now until the end of November, will the time be better spent solving the financial crisis, or the personnel crisis?

Will directing BA & PS wages towards a forward and/or the financial crisis be better than employing someone when in all probablility TY can grind out(!) the same results in that time?
