Well, I'd say it was a confidence thing, it can't help that he's been transfer-listed for some time now & is still here. Or that Robin subbed him at Hornchurch for a 16 year old youth team player(how often do keepers get subbed without being injured?). Or that BA brought in Pat Mullin to give him competition & selected Pat as his first choice. As to the coaching - think, how would it bode for him and the SCS gk training school if he was being coached out of a poor spell himself?

The thing is Peter that even the best coaches are always on the look out for more information and anything that could improve the way they coach. Anyway if he was being coached by Nev wouldn't that improve his CV?
