Being realistic I would settle for Ian O'Connel and having Jimmy Back as player/coach!

Who'd want to come here. We are now a small club but I think the control freaks who run it think different. Look how Chris Kinnears loyalty and major success was rewarded. Once again, that was off field activities that destroyed all that. MFC is a laughing stock.

Ramsgate or Margate are not setting this league on fire, in fact Margate have more points & games in hand. Margate sack their managers, Ramsgate stick with Jim (IMO the best manager in this league) Crazy.

 

Margate appoint a top-heavy mangement team, looks good on paper, all on probably high wages...hang on we don't have any money left for players. Crazy

 

Did the board think that having these "big" profile names that players would want to come & play for Margate?
