Slough Town 3-3 Truro City

Really good game, we scored some lovely goals with Pritchard's two assists being outstanding. He was class again. Allaway and Smith both had solid debuts. Allaway being a tall centre back and Smith being fairly short but looks composed and experienced which helps. I think the formation worked well an I'm feeling pretty optomistic ahead of the forthcoming games.

Probably a fair result overall really, but a shame we couldnt hold on for a minute or two longer.

I thought Pritchard was good today especially with the 2nd and 3rd goals, but IMO Fermie had a great game, looked very controlled with his touches, good tackling and overall very useful.

As said above hopefully we can build on this now and move on to the next few league games and pick up a few more points.

Well done boys, a great all round team performance today.

Duly noted for the report! I thought it was a cracking game, it's just a shame that yet again a late goal has cost us. Recording a victory against Truro would have been so good, but nontheless, let's hope it's a confidence booster and a springboard to better things as Chris says.

James Pritchard had a fantastic game again - he has a good football brain, knows when to pick a pass and made the two goals he set up look so easy. But others had good games too, I was impressed by the new boys Fermie, Allaway and Smith. The latter two had assured debuts. Well done Rebels! We'll be a stronger unit when the newbies have settled in properly and played a few games.

Most Slough fans would have taken that today before kick off, most will have gone away a bit disappointed with the draw. I think the lads can hold their heads up today after a couple of bad results. Defensively we were better, only their second goal could really be put down to bad defending. Going forward we were a joy, especially in the second half when Pritch took control of the game. I also thought Fermie was excellent in arguably our best midfield performance of the season.

A shame to lose points at the death again, but encouraging for what should be easier games ahead. Well done to the Truro fans who made the trip.

Fermie did have a great game, it's nice to finally see a midfielder who's happy to go in for a solid challenge in midfield (and more importantly, is bloody good at it).

However, Pritchard has got to win MOTM by a country mile today - composed, brilliant footballing brain, makes the cleverest of touches look incredibly easy and the way he dances around defenders is a joy to behold.

Also think Yash deserves a mention, everyone behind the goal looked disappointed at him coming off the pitch, though I gather he's still recovering from some niggling injuries...

Proper team effort today - and on yet another note, Carl Dennison looked the best he's been for us today. Some cracking saves today.

Pritchard was my MOTM as well. He was all over the pitch, made two goals, and made great tackles.

Carl also had his best game yet, and again made some great saves. This game has to be a real confidence boost for him.

Before the match, I was just hoping for a good performance. Now the match has finished, it feels great to be gutted at losing two points, as it shows we were in the game.

The other thing is that we managed to play in both halves of the match, rather than just in one of them

All we need to to now is use this as a building block for the next matches, especially when we start getting our injured troup back.

What a top result, who'd have predicted at the end of the game that we would be gutted to lose two points to Truro? Hate to single out anyone but Yash was awesome, took his goal cool as a cucumber. And talking of Mr.Cool - step forward James Pritchard; those passes for two of the goals were class. Also must mention Carl Dennison who Truro fans reckoned was our man of the match and pulled off some stunning saves.

Also worth mentioning that Truro had only conceded 6 goals in the league this season - that was until they come up against the mighty Slough. I predict we will end the season: Goals forward 206, goals against 148

Decent result for Slough, and unfortunate not to get all three points.

hopefully you can kick on from this, and get yourselves up the table where you belong.

The slough supporters who have stuck with the club through some horrendous times are as decent and loyal as you will find anywhere in football.

This league is wide open.Windsor to win the league,Slough to go up through the play-offs!

Here's hoping!!!

Please disregard my last message.

I am acutely embarrassed by such an overt display of affection for my clubs nearest rivals, and consequently fear for my safety at future windsor games!

In my defence i should just like to say that i was overwrought and as tired and emotional as a parrot.

As a result,i have decided to quit drinking.

Or at least cut down a bit.
