Billericay Town Football Club are pleased to announce the arrival of three new players who will be available for selection for Saturday's home league match against Ramsgate.

Tony Tucker, a highly rated Goalkeeper from Redbridge has signed for the Club.

Adrian Deane, a midfielder from Braintree has signed for us on loan.

Robin Trott, a vastly experienced defender with excellent leadership qualities and organisational skills, begins his third spell with Billericay Town.

The arrival of these three new players will unfortunately result in some of the current squad having to move on in order for us to balance the books. Transfer listed players will be announced on Monday.

We wish these new players, and the current squad every success for Saturday and the rest of the season.

Regarded by many as the best keeper in the league and without doubt has the abiliy to play at a higher level. He made 83 plus 1 sub appeareance for us in two spells spanning 3 years and last season kept a remarkable 22 clean sheets in 45 appereances last season. We all wish him well for the future.

Sounds like 3 good signings have been made. Trotty is a good defender, at least we have someone now in the back 4 when tim cole is injured.

Also the signing of tony tucker sounds like good one. Will be interesting now to see how plays in goal on saturday.

Welcome to our three new players.

I'm sure everyone has their own ideas on where we needed strengthening most and who should stay and who should go, but one thing I think most of us would agree on was that changes needed to be made.

Personally, I applaud the positive action taken by the management and hope that the three new players enjoy themselves at Billericay.

Come on you Blues!!

Be interesting to look at the line up tomorrow. Who will be on the Monday transfer list? Do they know who they are yet, and will some be playing to stay off the list?

Should be an interesting day at New Lodge tomorrow. I shall be watching central midfield with interest.

But if nothing else it is refreshing to see such honesty from our chairman with his open views on the blog. We all want to see our team succeed and I reckon we may see a backlash tomorrow with our biggest win of the season. Come on you Blues give Ramsgate a good thrashing !!
