I wonder whether similar to the dartford game, the club will be able to agree with billericay to bring the Tuesday night away game on 18th November; forward to the now sadly 'blank' saturday on 1st November.

 

One hopes so as we never win in Essex on Tuesday nights.

Why would any Ramshite fixture have any influence on where I watch my football. All I can say though I do not care if Ramshite were playing Athletic I still would not go to Deadwood.

But if Ramsgate were to drawn at home in the NEXT round of The FA Trophy, your team would not have a home LEAGUE game on the same day.

Unfortunately Alan I think even our crowd is dwindling due to the "almost" results we are getting lately. IMO and I dont think Im alone on this one, we NEED a Striker, Max just isnt cutting it in this league, and if we continue on this line of form not only will we not have the chance to stay in this league (HR&C notwithstanding) but the club will lose support from fringe supporters, and god forbid we might end up having the same gates as Ramsgate!!!

Small point chaps-the Billericay game on 18th is an away fixture so if ramsgate are at home on saturday 1st anyway that is unlikely to influence the attendance at Billericay !!

 

Whilst i agree with the priciple of your post DR-its worthy of note that saturdays attendance was higher than the equivalent game against

Aylesbury last season(although that was a tuesday)

 

The problem is of course-once you are out of cup competitions-interest does generally start to wane from the marginal/floating supporter
