Dumps you out of both the FA Cups in the first participated round, loses support of a family that have supported the club for years due to his language, and gets himself sent off for the third(?) time this season, which will most probably result in a fine.

No, i do not approve of the excess swearing,and neither is it the fact that he wears his heart on his sleeve;but it is apparent that he is a good manager-both in handling the players,and tactically.

 

i do think he underestimated the quality of the Ryman premier during his truncated pre-season and what would be necessary; but assuming we can stay up this season; i am convinced he will take the club on to success

ashby is toytown compared to the wards besides all ashby wants is a half no make that a quarter decent ref,he was the only one in the ground yesterday who didnt see it as a pen,come on the fa give us a break send one of your better ones down you know one with two eyes half abrain etc!!!!!!

I for one thing it is nice to see a manager with passion and not just learnt against the dug out looking like he couldn't give a, like a certain Mr Trott was seen many a time doing.
