Chris-sorry is english your first language-i never mentioned why nothing had been announced-all i did was quote what mr sweetman said, i assume in a genuine press statement.

As for old tom tom,as the saying goes-you put your money down- and i will show you my entire track record.until then best keep quiet.

OK, I give up. It's all there for all to read and you clearly have an answer for everything. I think I can sum up by posting the below:

hi there all its dave here

im am feeling quite low with very important things to fine tune and my health

looks like we could spring another berks/ bucks suprize on truro as there will be a backlash i think that somone when all or most players availible for picking will get a suprise and we could make us all but safe by say easter but until the team settles we could be evon up for a battle against are friends from cornwall and get somthing exicting from the game on sat as vitle way forword

now to the second challenge i am very tempted to take the bus one way to leighton town bedfordshire as free bus pass but can i please take a hudge gamble that i can try and arrange a lift back to avoide the treck to leighton buzzard station and back to euston and back to padd on the tube and to slough that way

not sure who is up for the league cup match there next tuesday

i would like to attend but asume not enough people will be up for the game and the short straw of a lift back to slough somewhare

likely not a coach as above

hope your well

dave programmes

Not just to do the obvious and watch Truro but also to look at the Chesham team as they seem to be a very competent outfit who are right on out door step.

The silence is deafening.

To be honest given the drivel that has been written on this site recently I wouldn't expect any of the footballing management team or the management committee to waste their time reading or replying to any posts.

Totally agree with you. I also wouldn't expect any of the management team to reply to any of the drivel thats been posted on this forum recently.

I don't consider my posting to be of the 'drivel' type and I'm pretty positive that Gary and Chris are still reading this forum.

Just a simple yes or no would suffice and from that myself and others can draw their own conclusions.

Ted, I don't consider my question to be 'interrogating' or 'minutiae'. As I have already said just a simple yes or no would suffice.

Unless it was an absolute impossibility I feel that sending one of the management team to watch Truro the other night was an absolute must.

RR, I agree your question isn't drivel, it is a fair comment and reasonable to ask. My point is more that why would anyone take the time to read any of this thread now. Incidentally I don't think Gary or Chris should be aksed to be scouting the opposition mideweek. If anyone it should be Sweets, Steve Roberts, Calvin Maye or Wiz. And aside from the last one I wouldn't expect any of them to answer you on here. At the game or in the programme maybe. But not on this messageboard.

Of course one of the management went to watch Truro Tuesday(I hope they did)any team that plays them should take advantage of only going a few miles up the road to watch.Sadly though would it make a lot of difference, would they spot quality if they saw it?

They sound very like the first questions that Sweets should have been answering when being interviewed ( if indeed he was ) for the Slough job ! Interesting that his former number one couldnt do the job and finally resigned from Burnham , at any other club he would have been long gone but its always handy being well connected to your chairman ! Anyway we at Slough ( formerly a much bigger club than Burnham ) settle for his number two ! Can this really be the best we could get ? Who made the appointment and based on what ?
Anyway Sweets is now in the job and i wish him well as the success or not of our club is in his hands and to be fair i hope he gets better than a win saturday or your out ultimatum when it all comes to an end .

Oh hello ! kinda figured you would be along ! and i see you still havent grown a pair and you are still anonymouse ! If you think i am Wiz (RWG) why dont you drop one of the site admin a line and ask ? If i think someone makes a good point i will say so and if i think someone is a gutless pratt i will say so , if you get my drift ? Sign up and put a name to your comments and just maybe i will start to take you half way seriously ! At the moment mate my opinion of you is that you could write what you know about football on the back of a postage stamp and draw a picture on the other half ! :-)
