Chris-sorry is english your first language-i never mentioned why nothing had been announced-all i did was quote what mr sweetman said, i assume in a genuine press statement.

thank you rwg i love the way tha the ex spurt shows his limited vocabulary to try and get back at me ,what is the matter am i getting too close to the truth for you , i have dealt with people with far more talent than you ever had or are likly to have, not funny is it when the c**p you wallow in is thrown right back at you is it, do you think you can manage some of the words here because they are of more than one syllable or shall i arrange for someone to read it to you.

Well you've got me beat, I have no idea what your on about-so yes get some one to read it to me and explain it all.

There is a simple solution to this argument, you want recognition for your posts, so back them up and supply some hard evidence of al these clubs you have played / managed at and maybe, just maybe, people will start taking what you have to say a bit more seriously.

 

And before you ask no I have never played football apart from Sunday mornings and a couple of W&EFC reserve games and I have only managed to manage at the lowly heights of Sunday mornings. But at the moment that probably carries more clout than you saying things without backing them up.

Strange, I thought this thread was regarding the upcoming match against Truro City! I realise it's easy to get wound up by the odd idiot - but what are your views on Saturday's game? I read the first couple of posts but after that it was just a slanging match!

 

You're not alone, we also get it on our TCFC forum, TigerTalk but maybe we don't have so much to moan about.

 

True, we will be knackered from the replay and all the extra travelling (for a game we should have won) but hopefully it will be a decent match against you, not the thrashing some of you are expecting.

if we are stronger defensively it could be a really interesting match as attacking wise we are more than capable of scoring when not under almost constant pressure defensively.

 

in honesty you would expect a Truro win but on our day we can beat anyone

 

basically it will all depend on how strong our defence is

I think I will play on the safe side and see what players Sweetman brings in (if any). Also, will the new Player/s be fit? have they been bench-warmers at their clubs? will they slot straight into the team?

 

Too many imponderables I'm afraid.

 

In short, I think with all the problems we currently have, it is the the wrong time for us to be playing Truro. Our only crumb of comfort is their mid-week replay at Chesham and for them to pick up a few injuries.
