I have very little time for Grays but wouldn't want to see them go bust. They have a minority of complete tossers but they do have genuine fans and they are those people I feel for right now.

 

At the end of the day as long as they have a club that is all that matters whatever division they may be in.

Grays did well to get to the conference, and I hope they manage to stay up.

 

I would much prefer it for Urchins to go up to Grays' level in the pyramid rather than to meet them when Grays are on the way down.

Every dog has his day as my old boss used to say. It is costing Woodward even more money per week what with three sponsors pulling out, low home gates and increased travelling expences. I for one have no sympathy what so ever and would love to go and see them play London ASPA in the ESL next season.

I had their ex manager Simpson, giving it large in their club house once. I am enjoying every minute of it. I am in such a good mood now i will even be nice to the staff.

We actually cut our playing budget too Uncs, won't mention our management team though

football is hardly a good investment for sponsors at the mo and with dwindlin crouds for most clubs all we can do is budget for a bumpy season

Good point 61 you only have to look at sponsers for premier league and league clubs atm northern rock, AIG, XL,Bradford and Bingley the list goes on
