congratulations to a determined and capable side, who thoroughly deserved the win scoring two great goals in the process

 

dorking have the better players in most games ive seen in the last 18 months, but they dont have the better side.

"Dorking fell to their heaviest defeat of the season on Saturday as Worcester Park made it two heavy wins over Dorking in a fortnight.

 

Manager Tony Webb will be concerned at the manner of the defeat. Although Webb will rightly point to the fact that Dorking looked a different class in the opening half an hour when Chicks should really have sown up the game, the ease with which Dorking fell apart after conceding the first goal against the run of play after a defensive howler and after James White received his marching orders with a straight red card after a seemingly innocuous challenge on 40 minutes shows that a fair bit of team building needs to be done if Dorking are to pick themselves up from a bad run of form that has seen Dorking lose the last 4 games.

 

On paper the team list looked strong
