Went over to watch the Barking and Burnham game. I think Burnham just edged it, but it was always going to take the officials to decide it. This decision was made by the Ref in the diying minutes of the match when he awarded a penalty to Burnham when the Barking keeper brought down the forward in the box. 1-0 to Burnham!

The small one was between the sticks and it pains me to say he did a very profesional job!

He was called on to make his only save of the match low down on his left hand post. A very good strike with an equally good save which stung his little hobbit hands, judging by the way he was shaking them afterwards. smile

I also went to the burnham game

Smallsy had feck all to do all game up to the 90ish odd min when to be fair to the freak he pulled off a great save low down so we weren't all subjected to extra time as i know he wanted to get home to watch the england game laugh

This was a result that stood out for me today, can anyone explain it.

Yes but Mauritius Sports have been beaten at Sawbridgeworth Town three times recently in various competitions, I'm just trying to put my finger on how they suddenly went there and won 5-0.

Maritius are better than they are given credit for . They gave us a hard time 2nd game into the season . They are capable of upsetting someone's applecart.

I didn't say that did I but now you mention it it's more than a coincidence isn't it.

I see they host Barking tomorrow evening in the London Senior Cup, I may go along.
