I am really sorry to see Martin has gone, without him our last season could have really taken a nose-dive, he worked endless hours getting the lads fit.

 

I hope it is not down to money. Sometime you just have to pay the going rate. not everything can be done on goodwill.

If you are able to get full range of movement pain free I now suggest you drink a little wine from a wine glass,then progress to half-a-pint(lager not wine)then pints this way you are increasing the weight lifted and more repetitions of elbow flexion.If pain returns go back to the wine.You may rest assured I would not give this advice to a player.Best of Luck.Martin :
