Stoney Ground - That's a ridiculous statement to make, can you say, hand on heart, that you have posted the facts as I don't believe you have.

Rhodes, the only ridiculous thing is that I am having any dialogue with you at all, you don't believe what I have posted and that is your right but what do you not believe.

I thought you may realise that there are two sides to every story, and I wholly agree with Manorborn and you should stick to your new club, leave those who help and support one club alone.

Apologies if I missed your reply however what were the terms of the groundshare 'agreement' if you know, and I'm sure you do, was it something along the lines of playing at Grosvenor Vale every third Saturday of the month and only if the sun was out. The truth is that Wealdstone didn't want anything to do with Ruislip Manor full stop, they were an irritant to them and they wanted rid come hell or high water.

I am aware of what was initially put to RMFC and what RMFC wished to pay, now if you can get the deal Mr Springer wanted for your Nowhere FC I'm sure all your associates will be pleased.

Any entity that uses the facilities at Grovesnor Vale were made aware that they would have to pay a sensible rate, it is called business.

The truth is you would not know the truth if it was staring you in the face all you do is speculat about other clubs and are an irritant at best.

clip rod, I see you're making friends again!! I know you'll tell me to p*ss off, but I have to say this; since you're on the steering committee/honarary life president/founder/owner/manager/kit man/waterboy or whatever at Nowhere FC, why don't you just concentrate on Nowhere FC instead of making snide remarks about every other club in the country?? A man of your calibre and social standing, shouldn't be sticking your oar in. It's not very professional is it?

Thanks for the compliment and for once you're probably right, I'll butt out.

Avenue and many other Tokyingtons. And Wembley and Ruislip are miles apart.

Lato, Spidermanor and Manorborn seem to have missed this post made by ICU Jimmy on another thread and I'm sure he is itching for a response, I agree it's beyond belief that the great name of Ruislip was replaced by the ridiculous Tokyington that nobody had ever heard of before this season.

Quote:

Senior Reserve Division
Imperial College Old Boys Reserves v Hayes Gate Reserves
Kensington Dragons Reserves v Brentham Reserves
Kodak (Harrow) Reserves v Tokyngton FC Reserves

I note from the Middlesex County League fixtures that Tokyngton FC Reserves play in the Senior Reserve Division, is this a different Club to Tokyngton Manor.

Perhaps they don't need to use the (superfluous) Manor appendage in the Middlesex County League? Look out for it being dropped from the first team name in short order! But then again, London Tigers tried to drop the Kingsbury bit without success.
