the 'tashiod' one on the mic was maxhinio....previously with Hoffmeister united.......Heinekin Rovers and the great 60's championship winning side......Real Carlsberg.....

the no 22 could have been anyone....can't help you there...

As for the fierce forum rivalry of the past nine months....cor blimey boroboys......that wunt stoop will it......nosmo will have nought to do in the evenings...!

Dug this one out R from when all we had to drink was bottles (much as is all I drink now...), and we had Fox's Nob...

Made sure I had the last bottle Burnham's clubhouse had from the old brewery...and got one there from the new one.

We all follow AFC Hornchurch

We're all going to Wemberley

And we'll really do the job, when we drink a Fox's Nob

'Cos The 'Ornchurch are the greatest football team

Sounds good to me,but would both clubs go for two extra games a season??

Sure they would, do it as part of the pre-season build up, two weeks apart (a nice summer's evening or a fine sunny afternoon on a weekend, perfect for watching football), a 'local derby' friendly two legged fixture, much better than playing a friendly at Concord for example.

i think the problem may be if both clubs are in the same league.

To be honest i think one game would be enough, while charitable games are good, pre season is about getting the players fit and neither manager would really want a "Fun" game.

I think the best bet would be to have it on the Saturday after the season or play off ends and just the one match at the bridge and when Romford get westlands up and running you could do alternate years at each others gorund.

Ideally we would want to have a local charity in the borough so while romford are at Aveley it would be better to play a one off game at the bridge IMO
