This game went to Extra time and then penalties. Margate won on pens 3-1 I think (Alex Krunic saved 3 out of 4 Dartford pens). Luke Coleman equalised 20 mins from the end, after Margate were 1-0 down at half time. Apparently the manager was very pleased with the performance, and the final outcome was fully deserved.

Krunic, Argy, Wheatley, Treadwell, Gibson, MacAree, Keci, Noble, Ebeneezer, Coleman, ....not sure on 11th man or subs

A very enjoyable game played on an astro-turf pitch between 2 equally well matched sides. I was led to believe the main pitch couldn't be used due to a problem with the drainage, that had caused the pitch to dip in the goal areas.

Decided to go up and watch as my lad had been selected to play and it turned out to be a terrific afternoon. The whole squad played very well. Mark had the luxury of being able to replace quality with quality in the substitions, especially useful as the game went into extra time.

I could be wrong, but on 1st impressions, I believe Margate have a future 1st team centre-half in the making, Nick Treadwell, simply IMMENSE.

Krunic certainly knows how to save a penalty. Very well done for such a young lad!

Luke Coleman's equaliser was a very taken exocet missile from about 25 yards.
