I reckon Gaza is right , in the main people who follow PL teams are not interested in lower league football , they would rather spend Saturday afternoon in front of the TV with Jeff for company than get off their fat arses & go and support their local side.

We do need to advertise games more. In a discussion about this one recent Thursday evening I suggested that we give out fliers at the station on a Monday night before a tues game. unfortunately I cant get back to Billericay early enough but if someone would like to volunteer pm me or speak to me at the gate on sat and I am sure we can organise something before the next tues game, or even on Fri before a Sat game.

I for one can't remember the last time we took 200 to a away match . I do not think its been that low for years . Its always around the 300 mark, and we took over 500 to several games last year.
