Woopee doo! Planning permission for the medical centre has been submitted by MFC's architechts on the day that the club's in court. No mention of the stadium though, what a shock! Bagsie one of the houses or flats that will inevitably appear there too. What a f()cking shambles. Can I now expect a visit to the posh bit of the clubhouse for this post?

Why the negative post WelshBob? The medical centre is an integral part of the plans, and has been since the plans were first put to the council. It is an NHS centre and will assist in the costs of building the stadium. If I'm not mistaken I think it was also muted that part of the building may be used by the club on matchdays i.e medical/physios room. The original plan contained a DVLA training centre but that fell through and the medical centre was to replace it in the plans. This is very good news for the club and the next big step forward.
