I think all the ones in the 'section' that are not being contested or represented are just read out and approved, as it were.

I understand from Cookie who took the trouble to attend the hearing- that the good news is that we can look forward to the game on saturday-and indeed for the next couple of months-albeit beyond there, matters may well be more uncertain; and that the club have alot of work to do to resolve this matter in the next couple of months. In essence i believe they need to arrange a new CVA-probably a tough task !!

i am sure those qualified to comment accurately within the club will issue an official full and correct statement in the near future, but my very unofficial understanding is that at least short term ,the club remains ok

Good luck to you ... i'm sure many of you think that the majority of Rams would like to see you go to the wall but this really isn't the case and it would be a sad day for football if that was to happen.

Besides, we wouldn't want any of your lot polluting our ground.

Too true, BGA.

I would expect that, as a last throw of the dice they will be quoted indirectly somewhere with an amount needed to 'save the club' in the hope of finding a solution elsewhere. However, as this scenario could ultimately end up with a power shift within MFC Ltd, I suspect it would be a last resort.

As you say, lets wait for the official news though. Hopefully it is upbeat, and all concerns are unnecessary!

Up the 'gate!!

I think if we come out of this it should be a massive lesson to the people involved that this could not happen again as i think the odds would really be against us if it was to happen for a third time . If it did the club would certainly be finished and the people in charge would have to answer to alot of very angry supporters . So lets just hope they have the brains to work there way out of this and then continue with a fruitful and hopefully successful season for us both on and off the pitch .

AS SOON AS THIS DARK CLOUD IS LIFTED ABOVE US WE CAN BE GREAT AGAIN. Up the Gate .
